VINPOP is a Los Angeles based start-up founded by former professional chef and wine industry professional R.C. Mills.

Chef Mills spent years helming the kitchens of world class restaurants and hotels across the globe before entering the wine industry. It’s here where Chef Mills has developed his own wine brands, created co-branded celebrity endorsed wines, as well as brokered, managed and inventoried the private wine cellars of high-end clients and celebrities. This experience was the perfect marriage for Chef Mills to come up with the concept for and develop the secret VINPOP recipe. VINPOP took over 16 months to formulate the perfect plant-based recipe, combining real wine and champagne along with popcorn into this addictive, fun-loving snack.
